Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all domains registered and services used through AIDotAL.

Prohibited uses

You may not use AIDotAL or any domain registered through our platform to:

Spam and abuse - Send bulk unsolicited commercial email - Operate botnets or command-and-control infrastructure - Conduct phishing, smishing, or vishing campaigns

Malicious content - Distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, or adware - Host exploit kits or drive-by download pages - Operate carding or credential-theft operations

Illegal activity - Host content illegal in Albania or the domain registrant's jurisdiction - Facilitate human trafficking, child exploitation, or other serious crimes - Operate unlicensed gambling or controlled-substance distribution

Intellectual property - Cybersquat on trademarked names - Host counterfeit goods or unauthorized copyrighted content

Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension of the offending domain and/or your account without prior notice. We cooperate with law enforcement investigations and will disclose registrant information when required by law.

Reporting

To report abuse, email abuse@aidotal.com with the domain name, nature of the abuse, and any supporting evidence.
