Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of AIDotAL. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use AIDotAL. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.

Domain registrations

Domain registrations are subject to the policies of the .al registry (AKEP) and ICANN. We act as your registrar and are not responsible for registry policy changes. You are responsible for ensuring your chosen domain does not infringe on third-party trademarks or rights.

Acceptable use

You may not use AIDotAL or domains registered through us to: - Send spam or unsolicited communications - Host malware, phishing sites, or fraudulent content - Infringe on intellectual property rights - Engage in activity illegal in Albania or your jurisdiction

Payment and renewal

Domain registrations are billed annually. Auto-renewal is enabled by default and can be disabled from your account settings. We will notify you 60 and 30 days before expiry. Domains not renewed within 30 days of expiry enter a redemption period.

Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime for managed DNS. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party registries or force majeure events.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIDotAL's liability for any claim is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
